Dive in Movie Logo
A close friend from college, who worked at Harrah’s Resort and Casino, contact me about designing a logo for one of their sub-brands, DIVE. The brand encompasses the guest’s pool experience at the resort and in the summer of 2016, I create Harrah’s Dive In Movie logo. Below are the concepts and the process it took to create them.
In the first concept of Harrah’s Dive In Movie logo, I merged the idea of movies and a swimming pool by combining the recognizable symbols of a life saver and a film strip.
In the second concept of Harrah’s Dive In Movie logo, I focused more on the act of swimming rather than just the symbolism of it.
In the third concept of Harrah’s Dive In Movie logo, I wanted to bring something different, so I focused on the idea of combining a big screen and water bubbles.

After deciding on Harrah’s Dive In Movie logo in Concept 2, I was also asked to create posters and banners that promoted the summer night’s activities.
